Helen Souder

Helen Souder age 88 of Guin, AL died Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL. Born in Bemidji, Minnesota she is the Daughter of the late Clarence and Hanna Malterud Worth and the Wife of the late Frank Souder. She had lived in Guin since 1954 and was manager of the Munsingwear Outlet Store and a member of the Guin First United Methodist Church. She is survived by 4 Daughters, Kay Hughes of Birmingham, AL, Susan (Ruben) Abernathy of Sylacauga, AL, Peggy Lewis of Double Springs, AL and Pattie (Jerry) Gann of Guin, AL, A Son, John (Renita) Souder of Guin, AL, 13 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, a sister and a brother in law. Services held Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 11:00 am from the Guin First United Methodist Church with burial in the Guin City Cemetery. Bro. Tim Alexander and Bro. David Parker officiating.
