Mary Lee Whitehead

Mrs. Mary Lee Whitehead age 90 of Fayette passed away Saturday May 28, 2011 at her residence. Funeral Service for Mrs. Whitehead will be Monday May 30, 2011 at 11:00am at the Berea Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Norwood Chapel Funeral Home in Fayette directing. The visitation will be at the Berea Church of Christ beginning at 6:00 pm Sunday. Mrs. Whitehead was born February 3, 1922 the daughter of Leon Belton Tucker and Ethel McCaleb Tucker in Fayette County. She was a member of the Berea Church of Christ and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Gorman N. Whithead, her son Gorman Nick (Lynn) Whitehead, Jr. Grandchildren, Lance (Heather) Whitehead and Jana (Todd) Van Paris; 3 great grandchildren: Alex Whitehead, Lacy Whitehead, and Jackson Van Parris.
