Butch Frye

Butch Frye age 65 of Guin, AL died Friday, June 17, 2011 at his residence. Born in Jasper, AL he is the son of James Frye and the late Dorothy Hunt Frye. and the Husband of the late Jeanette Foster Frye. He had lived in Guin the past 38 years. He retired from Northwest Alabama Gas Company, owner of F & G Cabinets and Frye Farms. He was a member and Deacon of the Guin First Baptist Church a member of the Guin Masonic Lodge, Board Member of the Cattlemen's Association and a Board Member of Alfa. He is survived by 2 Daughters, Ronda (Danny) Marcum and Lauren (Cody) Pipkins, 2 Sons, Robb and Mike Frye all of Guin, AL, 3 Grandchildren, Joey and Madison Frye and Chris Marcum, Father, James Frye of Lineville, AL, A Sister, Susan Frye of Cedartown, Ga and a Brother, Keith Frye of Ashland, AL. Services held Sunday, June 19, 2011 at 3:00 pm from the Guin First Baptist Church with burial in the Guin City Cemetery. Bro. Scott Stokes and Bro. Randy Wright officiating.
