Mr. Tom Bowen Mr. George Thomas "Tom" Bowen Sr., age 72 of Winfield, passed away on Monday July 11, 2011 at his residence. Tom is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carolyn Sue Dickinson Bowen, daughters, Debbie Posey (Eddie) of Winfield, Marie Gray (Walt) of Winfield, & Leanna McWilliams (Harry) of Tuscaloosa, sons, Heath Bowen (JoAnn) of Alabaster, Stoney Hughley (Kim) of Tuscumbia, & Tommy (Rhonda) Bowen of Winfield. Daddy was a kind, hardworking man with a servants heart, he is, and will forever be missed on this earth, until that day when we are called to meet him, or that day when our Lord comes for all those who anticipate his return. Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday July 14, at Bowen Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Goldmine Cemetery in Brilliant.
