Mr. Arthur Lee Fulton,age 82 of Chelsea, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Norwood Chapel. Burial will be in the Cleveland Church of Christ Cemetery. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Norwood Chapel.
