Mrs. Wilma Studdard Hollingsworth, age 99 of the White’s Chapel Community, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Generations Rehabilitation Center, Vernon, AL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 2nd at 3:00 p.m. at White’s Chapel Church of Christ with Bro. Larry Alexander and Bro. Larry Fife officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Hollingsworth was born April 15, 1913, in Fayette County, the daughter of the late James Jackson Studdard and Arminda Jane Johnson Studdard. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Hollie Hollingsworth; a daughter, Jacky Nell Hollingsworth; three sisters, Ethel (Tidwell); Celia and an unnamed infant twin girl; seven brothers, John C., James A., Dewey, Clarence, Marcus, David Otis “Buster” and Herbert. Survivors include one daughter, Doris Killingsworth of Fayette; two grandsons, Kerry (Annette) Killingsworth and David (Tatiana) Killingsworth of Auburn; great grandchildren, Kristen Renee`, Allison Leigh, Samuel James Killingsworth and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
