Mr. James K. Billups, age 73 of Fayette, died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood Chapel. Burial will follow in the Bankhead cemetery.
