Mrs. Sarah Faye Moore, age 76 of Belk, died Monday, November 3, 2014 at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Beaver Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Ragsdale, Rev. Kevin Morrison and Rev. Tommy Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Norwood Chapel. Mrs. Moore was born March 27, 1938 in Fayette County, the daughter of the late Victor and Molly Sprinkle Gann. She was a resident of Belk and a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Millport Manufacturing, Betten Manufacturing and Fayette Medical Nursing Home. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Leland Moore; sisters, Betty Sue Few, Inez Moore and Margie Thomas; brothers Donald Gene Gann and Allen Gann. Survivors include one son, Randall Gene Moore; one daughter, Janis (Herbert) Morrison; Six grandchildren, Shane (Cherish) Morrison, Kevin (Tiffany) Morrison, Jeremy Moore, Randy Morrison, Adam Morrison and Kellie Fowler Aldridge; eleven great grandchildren, Alanna and Dallas Aldridge, Macy, Sophie, Hallee Faye, Shelby, Hadassah, Hunter, Katie and Taylor Morrison, and Erica Gray. Pallbearers are Jeremy Moore, Roger Sprinkle, Hunter Sprinkle, Keith Moore, Adam Morrison and Shane Morrison.
