Ruby Lee Reese

Mrs. Ruby Lee Reese age 85 of Fayette passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015 at the Fayette Long Term Care Center. Funeral Services for Mrs. Reese will be Sunday March 1, 2015 at 2:00pm at Norwood Chapel. Anthony Stroud will be the officiating minister. Burial will follow in the Love Joy Cemetery in Lamar County. Mrs. Reese was born June 18, 1929 the daughter of the late Robert T. Reese and Lona Mae Motes Reese. She had been a resident of Fayette for many years and was a member of the Living Church of God. Ruby was a licensed cosmetologist and had formerly operated a Day Care Center in Fayette. She is survived by: one daughter: Kim (Jeff) Day of Empire, Al.; one son, Henry (Nancy)Cole of Fayette; one sister, Lois (Jack) Kean of Pelham, Al. Grandchildren: Christina Reese, John Williams, Tammy Peters, Tina Allen, Tonya Cole and John Cole 13 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Reese, on son, Freddy Cole, 2 grandchildren, Farrah Reese and Cynthia Pennington, one brother, Robert Edward Reese.
