Sue’s testimony was in 2007 when she was critically ill with no one expecting her to make it. She pulled through thanks to the Lord. Sue told that she saw a light, then saw her great granddaughter Lilly with her finger out. Said she knew she had to come back to help take care of Lilly so she grabbed her finger and held on. Our family was blessed to have her with us an additional seven years by the grace of God. This gave her time to see her precious great granddaughters Lilly and Marley growing up. Her family and friends cherished every moment of her extended life and praise God for this time. Pallbearers will be Paul Thompson, Alva Grimsley, Pete Newman, Clyde Stevens, Honorary pallbearers are Reni Stone special caregiver and friend, Alabama Hospice of Jasper, Fayette First Baptist Joy group and Upper Room Sunday School Class.
