Mrs. Mildred Maddox, age 96 of Trussville, formerly of Fayette, died Friday, June 19, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 22, at Norwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Lebanon cemetery. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
