Dorothy Mae Earnest

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Earnest age 90 of Earnest Road, Berry, Al. (Flatwoods Community) died Sunday June 20, 2010 at her residence. A Graveside service will be held Thursday at 11:00am at the Flatwoods Cemetery. The visitation will be Thursday morning from 10:00am until 11:00 at the Flatwoods Community Baptist Church. Mrs. Earnest had been a resident of the Flatwoods Community most of her life. She was the wife of the late Girdley Earnest. Mrs. Earnest is survived by one daughter, Glenda (William) Lee of Mobile; her grandson, Dewayne Lee of Mobile; and granddaughter Melanie Maples of Mobile; one great granddaughter, Kaitlin Maples of Mobile; one sister, Ruby Kilgore of Pensacola, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. Norwood Chapel Funeral Home in Fayette, directing.
