Larry Jackson

Larry Jackson age 57 of Guin, AL died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at his residence. Born in Sulligent, AL he is the Son of the late Willie Lee and Dall Marchbanks Jackson. He had lived in Guin and Sulligent most of his life and was a member of the Turkey Creek Church Of God where he served as Sunday School Superintendent, Adult Teacher and Deacon. He is survived by his Wife, Brenda Swanigan Jackson of Guin, AL, 5 Goddaughters, Denette Holllis, Daniell Hollis, India Hackman, Kimberly Salter, Rochel Northington, 3 Godsons, Dewayne Hollis, Sedric Hollis, Kedric Hollis, A Special Godchildren, P.J. Hall and Tonique Dixon, 4 Sisters, Virginia Jackson, and Linda Jackson Metcalfe of Sulligent, AL, Mildred Neal Kidd of Pensacola, FL and Ruth Neal Blount of Omaha, NB, 6 Brothers, Judge Neal of Pensacola, FL, Clyde Neal of New Jersey, Richard Neal of GA, James C. Neal of Evergreen, AL, Anderson Jackson of West Point, MS, and Robert Neal of Hamilton, AL, 5 Sisters In Law, Greta Wallace, Rita Hollis, Elizabeth Swanigan, Debrah Swanigan and Emma Allen, 6 Brothers In Law, Michael Swanigan, Willie Guy Metcalf, Joe Austin Swanigan, Jr., Charles Swanigan, Kenneth Swanigan and Maurice Swanigan, an Aunt, Edna Marchbanks, several nieces and nephews, a host of other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his Father, President Neal, 2 Sisters, Nancy Jackson Evans, Lillie Neal Gunter, 4 Brothers, Robert Lee Jackson, Johnny Franklin Neal and James Lee Jackson. Services held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 1:00 pm from the Sulligent High School Auditorium with burial in the Sulligent City Cemetery. Bro. Willie Joe Hollis, Bro Andre Evans, and Bro.
