Billy Avery

Billy Max Avery, age 74 of Fosters, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021. There will be a graveside service Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Rev. Jim Smith and Rev. Dan Arsenault officiating and Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home directing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burdett and Annie Avery; brother, Jerry Avery, brother-in-law, Lee Guin; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Cliffie Robertson. Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-two years, Nancy Avery; son, Scott Avery (Cindy), daughter, Stephanie Wyatt (Jason); sister, Betty Guin; nephew, Jason Guin; and grandchildren, Mary Grace Wyatt, Avery Wyatt, Ty Avery, Emma Wyatt, Tucker Avery, and Zak Gosa-Lewis. Pallbearers will be Scott Avery, Ty Avery, Tucker Avery, Jason Guin, Jason Wyatt, Doug Robertson, Lance Miller, and Chris Miller. Honorary pallbearers are friends and neighbors of the Fosters and Ralph communities. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
