Scott Montgomery officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Madison was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Betty Woodham; and sister, Sandra Doss. She is survived by her husband, Scott Madison; daughters, Ashley Kirk (John) and Raven Kennedy (Jacob); three sisters, Debbie Ham (Tim), Linda Early (Lynell), and Donna Cook (Mike); three grandchildren, Maggie Mae Ice, Charlie Scott Kirk, Kate Kennedy, and she was looking forward to two grandchildren to be born. Bonnie Woodham Madison was a devoted wife to Scott Madison for thirty-one years. She was a loving mother to Ashley Kirk and Raven Kennedy and an adoring grandmother to Maggie Mae, Charlie, and Kate. Bonnie was uniquely made by God for a purpose. She loved God, her family and her friends with the fierceness of a lion and the gentleness of a lamb. The devotion that she showed to Scott, Ashley, Raven and her grandchildren was unconditional and the love she had for them and God was her reason to breathe. Bonnie was a loyal wife, mother, and friend. Loyalty is rare, but Bonnie was loyal because she wanted to be. She understood that to show respect for others gained respect in return. Her courage and strength were an inspiration to all who knew her. God put her here to care for others. The commitment and patience Bonnie showed to the many children she worked with during her lifetime in her Day Care was based on love and dedication to their well-being. She treated each child as her own. And they loved being with her as much as she loved working with them. Those who she loved knew they were special, because Bonnie had chosen them to be a part of her life. Her sisters and she experienced a unique bond that can never be broken and many close friends of hers, Ashley's and Raven's knew what it felt like to have Bonnie believe in them. Angels carried Bonnie to be with her Heavenly Father in Paradise on Thursday, November 22, 2018. We are saddened today. She will be sorely missed by a host of family and friends all our lives, but because of her sincere compassion and devotion for others, her presence will forever be felt. Pallbearers are Brent Madison, Johnathan Walters, Nichols Gant, Derek Gant, Chance Cook, and Jordan Cook.
