Felix Caine, Jr. age 50 of Fayette, the Lord whispered his name on December 30, 2021 at Fayette Medical Center. Services will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel. Burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery. The body will lie in state Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Felix Calvin Caine, Jr., “B.J.” was born to Gloria Moore Caine and Felix Calvin Caine, Sr. on September 16, 1971. B.J. confessed hope in Christ at an early age and united with the Palestine Baptist Church and later joined the Peaceful Rest Baptist Church, Fayette. He enjoyed serving in the church by playing the drums and singing. He had a love for the community and it was evident in his passion for cutting trees. Not only did he care about the environment, but he also cared about the appearance of people. He sometimes spent his time being a barber. You could never tell what type of day B.J. was having because he was always smiling. He touched so many lives and will truly be missed. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Omie and Will Caine, Ladonia and David Watson, Queen Ester Johnson and Willie James Moore, and a daughter, Cherry Zavala. B.J. leaves to cherish his legacy of fun and laughter: a loving and devoted father and mother, Felix Caine, Sr. (Nadine) and Gloria Caine Sizemore all of Fayette; three daughters: Jilisa (Tariq) Bellachhab of Austin, TX, Lexus Zavala of Florida and MaKayla Hester of Oakman, AL; two grandchildren: Abdelaziz Jamal Bellachhab and Neli; a loving companion, Gloria Stewart; a sister, Felicia (Jimmy) Jones of Fayette; four brothers: Felix O’Neal Caine, Christen Sizemore, Floyd Rodgers, Jr. (Ebony) all of Fayette and Jerry Savage (Michelle) of Baton Rouge, LA and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
