Josh Plowman

Joshua Eugene Plowman, age 22 of Buhl, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022. Services will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Buhl Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Gayle Hannah. Mr. Plowman is survived by his girlfriend, Rebecca Walker; parents, Jerry and Kim Plowman; sister, Crystal Machelle Plowman; niece, Jasmine Machelle Plowman; and grandparents, Mary Beavers Jones and Rene Rockarts. Josh has always been the type that will try to make you feel better. To laugh when you don’t want to. He was learning to drive heavy equipment which was a trade that would last him a lifetime. He loved his family and friends with everything in him. He was always looking out and truly concerned for those he loved. He would give the shirt off his back if you needed it. He loved to fish, ride motorcycles, working with his daddy, and his “duckies”. Love your family and hold them tight. Remember the light he brought. Pallbearers are Austin Nelson, Noah Parker, Jesse James Alford, Donovan “Treetard” South, Michael Banks and Christian Carter. Honorary pallbearers are his uncles, Tim McAllister, Mac McAllister, Mike Rockarts, Brian Jones and WF Rogers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alabama One – Missing Hearts Memorial, in memory of Josh. Dear Josh, Words can’t describe the pain in our hearts. Josh was so loving, caring for ever soul he came across. He would jump off a bridge to save anyone. He always put a smile on everyone’s face, no matter what he was going through in his days, he always put light into every place he went. He will truly be missed and truly never forgotten. A piece of me will never be the same. We won’t get to argue with him for no reason and over the most stupid things. Love, Your sister
