Karla Quesenberry

Karla Rose Quesenberry, age 59 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Funeral arrangements will be Friday, April 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will follow at Fayette Memorial Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Deanna Morgan, and her companion of 14 years, Wade Plunkett.

She is survived by her parents, Larry, and Susan Quesenberry; son, Alex Quesenberry (Stephanie); sister, Trina Daniel (Brent); stepbrother, Andrew House (Jennifer); nephews, Trevor Daniel (Abbey), Brandon Daniel, Cole Daniel, Drew House; and best friend, Virginia Smith and her two sons, Joe, and Omar Smith.

Karla grew up in Murfreesboro, TN, where she graduated high school at Middle Tennessee Christian School in 1981. She then moved to Fayette, AL, where she raised her only son, Alex, and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. Later, she returned to Murfreesboro, TN, where she spent the rest of her life. Karla’s true loves were her best friends and family, her birds, her flowers, and her many cats, and she loved her Lord Jesus Christ. She will be missed dearly.

Pallbearers will be Trevor Daniel, Brandon Daniel, Cole Daniel, Joe Smith, Omar Smith, and Caleb Hayes.
