Marsha Mitchum Savage

Marsha Mitchum Savage, age 59 of New Lexington, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Jones and Rev. Terry Joe Oswalt officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Boone Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother. Marsha is survived by her husband, Jerry Savage; daughter, Sarah Mitchum; son, Brian Mitchum; four brothers, Steve Mitchum, Mike Mitchum, Joey Mitchum, and Danny Mitchum; two grandchildren, Tiffani Lake and Conner Corkerin; and two great-grandchildren, Ethan Lake and Bentley Lake. Honorary pallbearers are Jean Cannon, Coleman “Pug” Neighbors, Jr., and the nurses and staff of TSICU DCH Regional Medical Center. Pallbearers are Alvin Smith, Eddie Flynn, Drew Mitchum, Phillip Harris, Randy Smith, and Jim Gober.
