Mary Ann Garner

Mary Ann Garner, age 81 of Fayette, passed away on March 16, 2023, at her residence. Services for Mrs. Garner will be Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at Norwood Wyatt Chapel. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service. There will be no graveside service to follow.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Susie Brasher; father to her children, Johnny Hocutt; brothers, Sidney (Betty) Brasher, Alfred (Robbie) Brasher; and sisters, Linda and Wanda Brasher.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hoyt Garner; daughters, Jackie (Curt) Moore, Janice (Kelly) Renegar, Gina (Rick) Di Piazza; sons Michael (Kim) Hocutt, Richard Garner; sisters, Carolyn Aldridge, MaeNell Wright, Dana Lou Palmer, Gail (Bobby) Anthony; grandchildren, Todd (Jennifer) Hocutt, Tyler (Kristen) Moore, Johnathan (Dana) Renegar, Jordan (Jacinda) Renegar, Hunter Kennedy, Ryan (Elli) Hocutt, Jordan Graham, Spencer (Anna) Graham, Steven Garner; great-grandchildren, Parker, Spencer, and Marlee Moore, Maria Piper Hocutt, Eli and Harvey Kennedy, Mackenzie Garner, Landon, Carter, Daylon; and nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and spending time with family.

Pallbearers will be Dennis and Randall Aldridge, Larry Trimm, Mark Brasher, Derek Anthony, Scott Swindle.
