Miriam Nabors, age 76 of Kennedy, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Services will be Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Belk Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Seay officiating. Burial will follow the service at Kennedy City Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah Emmitt Foster and Swan Marine Wilson; siblings, Ray Foster, Sarah F. Junkin, Rayford Foster, James E. Foster, and Andy Foster. Mrs. Nabors was a loving, Christian wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Belk Baptist Church. She will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Gene Nabors; daughters, Pamela J. Perkins (Peter), Victoria L. Nabors, and Krystal K. Snider (Tim); siblings, Bobby O. Foster, Douglas M. Foster, Brenda G.F. Pitts, Joan Foster-Myers; grandchildren, Jesse Turner (Angela), Dalton Perkins (Skyler), Heather Mordecai, and Mason Snider (Hannah); and great-granddaughter, Sunni Turner. Pallbearers are Peter Perkins, Tim Snider, Ronnie Nabors, Jesse Turner, Dalton Perkins, and Mason Snider. Honorary pallbearers are the incredible nurses at Fayette Medical Center who helped take care of Mrs. Nabors while in the hospital.
