Preston Sapp

Preston Sapp, age 69 of Fayette, passed away January 13, 2021 at DCH in Tuscaloosa. Services for Mr. Sapp will be Saturday January 16, 2021 at 4 p.m. at Norwood – Wyatt Chapel with Rev. Caleb Sapp, Rev. Dalton Eason Jr., Rev. Neal Fowler, and Rev. Leland Sapp officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Mr. Sapp was preceded in death by his father, Malcom Sapp; his mother, Emily Sapp; and his sister Debarah Sapp Fowler. Mr. Sapp is survived by his wife, Inez Fowler Sapp; his daughter, Teresa Sapp Jones; his son, Leland Sapp (Gena); his sisters, Diane Earnest (Foster), Kathy Self (Charles), Patricia Kimbrell (Doug); his brother Jerry Sapp (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Caleb Sapp, Noah Sapp, Emma Jones, and Nicholas Jones. Preston Sapp loved the Lord God with all his heart, soul, and mind. He served the Lord as a faithful, committed husband, loving father, doting grandfather, and servant to the church and his community. He celebrated 50 years of marriage with his wife, Inez in December of 2020. He served his community for over 45 years in car repair services and as a local business owner. Pallbearers will be Bradley Eason, Chris Fowler, Joe Maddox, Adam Sapp, Noah Sapp, Drew Self, Dustin Sherril, Dusty Sherril.
