Ouida Deerman, age 91, of Addison passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Services will Be Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Circle Wood Baptist Church. Visitation will be thirty minutes prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Deerman; daughter, Sharon Deerman; mother, Ida Cook and father, Jerman Cook; siblings, Bob Cook, Earl Cook, Edith Lord, Buddy Cook, and Joe Cook; and godchild, Michael Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri D. Knowles (Richard); sister, Mavis Russell; grandchildren, Tequila Rodgers, and Justin Knowles; great-grandchildren, Ashton Rodgers, Logan Rodgers, Caylee Knowles and Bryson Knowles; and godchildren, Lisa Anderson and her children, Barton Drane, Hunter Drane, Kaylee Drane, Skylar Robertson, Tate Robertson, Cayson Franklin, Saige Franklin, and Israel Drane. Ouida loved her family and friends. She enjoyed fishing and was on a bowling league for many years. She was known as “Tweet”, Nana, and Granny by many of her loved ones. She loved all her babies. She was also an avid Alabama football and baseball fan. Pallbearers are Terry Rodgers, Ashton Rodgers, Dub Drane, Barton Drane, Hunter Drane, Cayson Franklin, Tate Robertson, and Mark Cook. Honorary pallbearers are Kindred Hospice of Cullman, Dr. Candace Hagler and staff, and the Dunkins Pharmacy.
