Rex Thomas Nelson

Rex Thomas Nelson, age 82 of Berry, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020. There will be a private graveside service for the family with Bro. Ron Collett officiating. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Nelson and Ida Patton Nelson; and brother, James Lloyd Nelson. Mr. Nelson is survived by his wife, Clara Nelson of Berry; daughters, Monica Gregory (Walter) of Samantha and Cathy Heath (Raymond) of Berry; grandsons, Brandon Heath, Tyler Heath, Brady Gregory and Elliott Heath; sister, Mary Honeycutt of Fayette; nephews, Mike Nelson, Tom Nelson, and Andrew Nelson; and cousin, Sandra Patton. Pallbearers are Raymond Heath, Tom Nelson, Brandon Heath, Tyler Heath, Elliott Heath, and Brady Gregory. Honorary pallbearers are the staff members at Fayette Long Term Care Center, Bill and Amelia Yessick and Sandra Patton.
