Mr. Simmons is preceded in death by his mother; Shirley Simmons, and grandparents; George Joseph, and Wilma Jospeh.

He is survived by his wife; Monica Simmons, sisters; Carol Bonner, Theresa Goodwin, and kathy Combs, brother; Jack Simmons, and father; Jack Simmons.
