Ronald "Ronnie" Gregory

Ronald “Ronnie” Gregory, age 56 of Fayette, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020. Services will be Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Lovie Gregory and sister, Ann Long. Mr. Gregory is survived by his wife, Wanda Gregory; daughter, Veronica Mathews (Ronnie); sister, Jean Lamkin; brothers, Chester (Jennifer), Bill (Melia), and Tommy Gregory; grandchild, Samantha Postma. Ronnie was born in Selma and lived in Camden before moving to Fayette thirty-five years ago. He was employed at Musco in Fayette for thirty-five years. Mr. Gregory was a member of Unity Baptist Church for five years. He loved his church family very much. He enjoyed hunting and woodwork. Ronnie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. Pallbearers will be Ricky Sexton, Lance Sexton, D.R. Simmons, Billy Joe Owens, Doug Tidwell, and Chris Musgrove. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Martin, Eugene Ballinger, Patrick Gregory, Bradley Smith, Colton Smith, and Cody Musgrove.
