Susan Thompson

Susan Thompson, age 55, of Northport passed away May 14, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. Private services will be held later. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Thompson, mother, Katherine Cornelia Jones Thompson; and brother, Jack Thompson. She is survived by her siblings, Helen Caruso (Nien), Freda Ward (Tilman), and Peggy Litton (Kevin), Fred Thompson, Jr. (Debbie), Dave Thompson (Phyllis), Tommy Thompson (Angela); and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Susan was born January 30, 1966 in West Virginia. At birth she was faced with several health issues. Thus, she was a fighter her whole life. She was a “Little Angel” and touched many peoples hearts throughout the course of her wonderful life. She will be missed so much by those who knew and loved her. Heaven has called this Angel home and has left a large hole in our home and in our hearts. She went to be with God and her loved ones in Heaven on May 14, 2021 while at Hospice of West Alabama. We commend the staff there. Also, a special thank you to her sister, Peggy Litton who came to be there for her and us during this trying time. We will always love and miss you our special little angel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a special charity of your choice.
