Timothy “Rosco” O’Bryon Billups, age 34, of Fayette, he departed this life at Huntsville Hospital on December 16, 2020. Services will be Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel with Rev. Corey Savage officiating. Burial will follow at Fayette Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Timothy O’Bryon “Rosco” Billups was born June 23, 1986 to Timothy Billups and Judy Blackburn Billups in Winfield, AL. “Rosco” was the only son of Tim and Judy. He attended Fayette County High School and was a graduate of the Class of 2004. He also attended Bevill State Community College where he received a certificate in welding. Thereafter he later wanted to explore life in a different city, so he moved to Huntsville, AL to start a new journey in life. He later became a Cable Fiber Tech working for WOW GOOGLE – a job he truly loved. Rosco loved his family and friends so much. He enjoyed spending time with his family laughing, cutting up, prank calling people and fishing as well as teaching his son different things in life. He truly was a good son, brother, father, uncle and a friend. He never met a stranger and would help any person he could. Timothy “Rosco” is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mandy Jane Hollis, Charlie Ed Billups, Willie “June Bug” Hardy, James A. Edwards and his great grandmother, Ida Bell Doughty Blackburn. He is survived by his parents, Tim E. Billups and Judy Blackburn Billups; sons: Timothy O’Bryon Billups II and Keyontae JaJuan Billups; three sisters: Shaketta Rice, LeKeshia Billups and LaToya Billups; grandmother, Eloise Blackburn and a host of aunts, uncles, four nieces, two nephews, cousins other relatives and friends to cherish his memory.
